"KD-P02 HDPE" High Density Polyethylene Self-Adhesive Film Waterproof Membrane (Briefly,HDPE Self-Adhesive Film Waterproof Membrane),this is a waterproof membrane which is specially designed for underground engineering constructions with international advanced technology, it can bind the later cast concrete form a firm structure. It takes the specially-made high density thermoplastic polyethylene (HDPE) film as waterproof base material, on one side of HDPE film we cover with macromolecule self-adhesive film and on the exposed surface of composite adhesive phase we apply weather-resistant protecting layer and insulating layer, it belongs to macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof sheet material. There is 70mm wide composite adhesive band for overlapping joint along longitudinal direction of the sheet material. There is self-healing function for its self-adhesive layer and weather-resistant layer, which reacts with liquid concrete and cures to be a waterproof layer. This layer binds with concrete firmly and gaplessly, stopping water fleeing, therefore it is able to increase the liability of waterproof system.

·Multiple-layer composite macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof sheet material which is made out of high modulus thermoplastic polyethylene membrane,synthetic adhesive film and weather-resistant elastic coating film has exellent comprehensive performance.

·Brand-new wet-binding technology: When casting concrete, the cement mortar and the macromolecule polymer in the adhesive layer of sheet material moisture cure and bind together, the sheet material and structural layer concrete forms a permanent integration, no water fleeing inside the structure; Even the sheet material is damaged partly, the structure is still able to keep in a small range, and increase the reliability of waterproof layer.

·Waterproof sheet material is border adhibiting on base, therefore it is not affected by settlement deformation;

·Perfect shock resistance and puncture resistance, it can bear the impact directly from construction load and reinforcement cage, no need for extra protection, being able to receive cast of reinforced concrete;

·Strong self-healing property of symthetic adhesive and outer surface elastic coating film, for the slight construction damage, it has the unique self-healing ability;

·Strong chemical resistance, resistant to alkali water from concrete, resistant to household refuse and organism, mould resistant and corrosion resistant.

·Wet-Method construction, with no flat layer, low requirement for base, not affected by weather and base moisture,it has obvious advantage of constructions in rainy season and under emergency situation;

·Lowest limit surface treatment: Base oil or heat dry for base is unnecessary, no volatile substance.

·No need for cement protection layer which comsumes large labor and money.
